What to expect

When you come to New Life, you will be greeting with wonderful people that love each other and love God! We believe that anyone can come to God, no matter where they are in life!

We believe that worship is essential to our walk with God. We come ready to lift Him up in song and praises, through a modern worship service that is filled with singing, lifted hands and expressive worship to God Almighty! (Psalm 150)

You can Expect that when you walk in the doors of New Life, you will not find just another religion, but rather, we pray that you will find a true relationship with God Himself!

What we believe

God: We believe that God is the supreme authority in our lives and He alone sits on the throne. We believe in the one eternal God: infinite in power and holy nature, attributes and purpose, and possessing absolute indivisible deity. (Jude 1:12, Malachi 3:6, Colossians 2:9)

The Bible: We understand that the Bible is the breathed Word of God that was given to us to instruct, lead and guide us to eternal life. We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, a divine revelation from God to man. We accept the scriptures as the final authority in all matters of faith and conduct. (2 Timothy 3:16)

Jesus: We believe that in Jesus Christ dwells the fulness of the Godhead (Colossians 2:9). We believe that God came to us manifested in the flesh as Jesus Christ, born of a virgin (Matthew 1:23); that He lived a sinless life (Hebrews 4:15), was crucified on Calvary for our sins (Matthew 26:28) and bodily rose from the grave (Romans 6:0); and that He has been exalted to the throne of God where He is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). We believe that through His death and life we have personal salvation and power for victorious living (Romans 6:5-7).

Salvation: We believe that all men have sinned and stand in need of redemption (Romans 3:23), which is obtained through the new birth by faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 26:28). Those repenting of sin and being born again of the water and Spirit (Acts 2:38, John 3:5), through baptism in Jesus name by immersion, and being filled with Holy Ghost evidenced by speaking in an unknown tongue (Acts 2:4, 39), become children of God and heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17)

Holiness: We understand that we live our lives to please God and to obey His word. We believe that our life in many different areas should reflect Jesus Christ (Hebrews 12:14, Corinthians 5:20). We must separate ourselves unto Christ and desire to be what He wants us to be so others may see Him through us (2 Corinthians 6:17, 1 Peter 1:16).
